I. Use:
Remote control mower is mainly suitable for orchard, landscaping, lawn, slope, road shoulder, photovoltaic panel under the mowing operation.
II. Characteristics

III. Structure composition:
Remote control mower is mainly composed of engine, power generation system, walking system, remote control system, lifting system and mowing device
IV.The use of operating steps:
1, 92 (or higher grade gasoline) into the gasoline tank (tank volume 12L)
2. Open the back cover of the remote control and install 4 No. 5 batteries
3, push the throttle rod to N-word, and then pull back the pull rope, after the engine starts, push the throttle rod back (the white arrow indicates the size of the throttle, the more pointed the arrow represents the smaller the throttle) (because the highest point is the throttle state, reduce some is back to the throttle state)
(Note: After the engine starts, the blade under the chassis begins to work, do not mistakenly extend your foot into the chassis to avoid injury.)
4. Turn on the power switch on the operation panel, turn on the remote control switch, stop for 3 seconds and start to perform related operations according to the button function diagram of the remote control.
5.If the machine stops working, please first lower the throttle lever to the lowest position (see Figure 2), and then press the stop button on the operation panel.
Detailed description of remote control button function diagram:
On/Off: Long press this button to turn on or off the remote control
Forward/Backward: Push this button forward or backward, and the machine can perform forward or backward operations
High/Low Speed: Pressing this button up or down will switch the machine's walking speed between high and low gears
Cruise control: When holding down the forward or backward button, press the cruise control button once, and the machine can automatically move forward or backward. There is no need to manually keep pressing the forward or backward button. Press the cruise control button again to restore the automatic forward or backward state.
Left/Right Turn: Press this key to the left to turn the machine to the left, and press this key to the right to turn the machine to the right.
VI. Machine maintenance and upkeep:
1. The first and second oil changes should be made after 15-20 hours of use, the third after 30-50 hours of use, and the fourth after 75-100 hours of use, depending on the operating conditions. The engine oil is gasoline engine oil, please choose SAE 10W-30/15W40 according to the season.
2. The air filter should be cleaned once after 8-10 hours of machine use. Replace the air filter with a new one according to its usage. The oil filter element needs to be replaced once after changing the oil twice.
3. Regularly check whether the fixing bolts of the cutterhead and blade are loose or missing teeth. Please check the tightening condition, as missing teeth can cause excessive dynamic balance and vibration.
4. Perform maintenance on the drive motor twice a year. Remove the drive wheel, open the gearbox housing inside the drive wheel, clean it with diesel, and reapply lithium based grease.
5. Regularly check the generator belt, with a belt tension of 10mm. If the machine has low power generation voltage or the belt slips, please adjust the tightness or replace the belt in a timely manner.
6. After work each day, check the remaining battery level through the voltage indicator light. When the engine is turned off and the remaining power is less than 90%, a charger needs to be plugged in for charging. The charger indicator light displays green, indicating a fully charged state.
VII.Attention:
⚫ The manufacturer has set it up initially, please do not touch buttons and controls outside of the display mentioned above. Setting changes may not move properly.
⚫ Do not use fuel mixed with deteriorated and waste impurities to avoid equipment malfunction. Timely check fuel consumption and refuel in a timely manner.
⚫ After the engine is turned off, do not come into contact with high backfire.
